All packages will be sent in padded envelopes via Australia Post usually within 2 business days of payment clearing. I post every morning - if your payment arrives after the post has been taken your package will most likely be posted the next day.
Cosmic Beads recommends that packages are sent by Registered Mail for an extra cost of $2.35 (located in "Mail options" with extra insurance options too). If Registered Mail is declined Cosmic Beads cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages. Express post, including platinum express, are not insured.
I am happy to send items by Platinum Express Post - $12-90 flat rate is up to 500 grams. This method is also trackable in some cases - if you are outside the next day delivery area Australia Post doesn't track the parcel at all.
Returns
All products are inspected prior to shipping. Each order has been double checked to make sure every item you ordered has been carefully and lovingly placed in your package.
Any request for returns will be looked at on a case by case basis. Please contact me before making any returns.
Any returned beads must be unused in their original packaging within 14 days.
Cosmic Beads are not responsible for return shipping.
